Day one: Saturday

In the afternoon, check-in at Su Marmuri hotel in Ulassai. Dinner at Rifugio d’Ogliastra restaurant.

Welcome meeting with briefing and weekly programme.

Day two: Sunday

14:00 Return to Ulassai. In the afternoon village tour featuring the works of Nivola, Lai and Veronesi. Dinner.

Day three: Monday

8,30 breakfast; transfer to Arbatax harbour and departure for the boat trip in the Gulf of Orosei. Visit to the Grotta del Fico (Fig Cave). Return to Ulassai for dinner.

Day four: Tuesday

8,30 breakfast, meeting with the local guides for the off-road trip, visit to Perda Liana, Flumendosa Lake. Packed lunch. Visit to the archaeological sites of Selene and Sceri. Return to Ulassai.

Day five: Wednesday

8,30 breakfast, meeting with the local guides for the hiking day: Canyon, Tisiddu and Bruncu Matzeu. In the afternoon, visit to Su Marmuri Cave. Dinner.

Day six: Thursday

8,30 breakfast; transfer to Arbatax harbour and departure for the southbound boat trip: Ultima Spiaggia (Last Beach), Su Sirboni and Coccorrocci.

Day seven: Friday

8,30 breakfast;  transfer to Arbatax harbour and departure for a snorkelling trip in the Ogliastra Bay. Return at the Hotel at 13:00. Free afternoon.

Day eight: Saturday

8,30 breakfast; visit to a typical shepherd hut. Traditional lunch with shepherds.
